Ingredients:
Irish Butter 2 lbs.
Orange Marmalade 20 oz.
Kosher Salt 1.5 tbsp.
Directions:
1. Soften the butter. Let butter sit at room temperature for several hours to soften.
2. Place all ingredients in a mixer. With the paddle, whip mix until incorporated fully.
3. Roll 12 oz. of butter in parchment paper, then store in the refrigerator to cool.
